What’s a community partner collaboration?
This work is not possible without our community. We consider all of our retreats a collective investment between ourselves and those who attend and/or support others in doing so. In a commitment to center our relationships to one another through this work our partnerships with aligned organizations with the mission and vision of Reclaiming Alignment are our utmost priority as a Community Partner here is what you will receive.
Continuity Of Care
Post each retreat a 30-min facilitated community care practice is offered by one of the Reclaiming Alignment facilitators for all members of the org. The session will reinforce key concepts and tools shared while on retreat.
Early Registration
To ensure your organizations guaranteed participation you will be offered early registration for all Reclaiming alignment retreats in southern California, East Bay, Pacific Northwest and Alabama.
Reserved Spaces
To ensure members of your team are able to be present we will hold 5 spaces each year.
Travel Coordination
We will help to support or rideshare support for your team/organizers to and from retreat. For all on the ground travel we will support pick up, ride sharing, airport pick ups, and more to work towards. removing the barrier of how participants will arrive.
Repeat Prep
The Community Coalition Consultant will support organizations and participants to adequately prepare for retreat. We know retreat spaces can be new to folks, and we want to ensure participants feel prepared to truly commit communal and individual rest and restoration.
This looks like helping folks arrange travel, packing lists, 1:1 thought partnership on how to create boundaries to ensure you can pause to be present at retreat, and more.
Post Retreat Virtual Care
We will offer two virtual community care sessions post retreat sharing some practices, tools, and themes shared with all staff.
Community Partner FISCAL EXCHANGE
To sustain and create more access to this retreat we are leaning on our funders, grants, and the contributions of our community partners by agreeing to pay an organizational rate per participants for any of our offerings or retreats. To help us ensure we can continue and sustain this work by meeting all our basic needs, and guaranteeing full participation year to year.
Your contribution as an Organization partner supports:
Offering 12 half and 6 full scholarships per each retreat!
Funding to ensure our incredible facilitators are properly compensated
Ensuring the Reclaiming Alignment project will continue for its 5 year term (2025 -2030)
